Нематды среднего размера. Тело имеет нитевидную переднюю часть и утолщенную, менее длинную - заднюю. Самцы несколько меньше самок. Хвостовой конец самца спиралевидно изогнут, самки - почти прямой. Головной конец без каких-либо латеральных расширений.

Повсеместно, кроме Актюбинской и Мангыстауской области.
Слепая и ободочная кишки.
Верблюд (одногорбый и двугорбый), крупный рогатый скот, овца, коза, косуля, горал, джейран, олени, горный козел, архар, сайга.
