Длина тела 3,4-4,5 мм при максимальной ширине перед бурсой 0,050-0,070 мм. Антеро-вентральное ребро бурсы очень тонкое. Постеро-вентральное, антеро-латеральное и медио-латеральное ребра почти одинаковой толщины, посте-латеральное слегка сужено.
Космополит, повсесместно.
В Казахстане встречается повсеместно.
Сычуг, желудок, тонкий отдел кишечника.
Овца, коза, крупный рогатый скот, свинья, верблюд, лошадь, осел, лоси, косуля, джейран, европейский муфлон, суслики, бобры. Человек. T.capricola – овца, коза, лось, американский вилорог.
