Тело бокаловидное, кутикула тонкая, голова с боковыми выростами, покрытыми длинными ресничками-ушками. Голова выпуклая с 2 парами чувствительных мембране. Общая длина 120–136, ширина головы 80–102 мк. Покоящиеся яйца (40х48), удлинённые с игловидными шипиками на оболочке.
