Раковина от башневидной до коническо-цилиндрической, слабо блестящая, твердостенная. Оборотов 6,5 — 7,25, слабо выпуклых: последний оборот перед устьем заметно приподнят. Вершина роговая, средние обороты кремово-белые или белые с нерегулярными роговыми радиальными штрихами; нижние 1 — 2 оборота белые, иногда с редкими темными точками.
Киргизия — Киргизский Ала-Тоо, Кюнгёй Ала-Тоо.
Казахстан Заилийский Алатау (Талгарский и Энбекшиказахский р-ны).
Обитает на горных склонах, в осыпях и зарослях кустарников, среди гранит- ных валунов и травы.
