Тела с плотной кутикулой. Прыгательные придатки очень широко. Ширина прыгательных придатков 30–37 мкм. В желточнике 12 ядер. Длина тела 157–197, длина придатков 102–153 мкм.

Европа (Норвегия, Россия, Германия, Италия, Польша, Нидерланды), Африка (Нигерия, Алжир).

Юго-Восточный Казахстан.

Широко распрастранен, примущественно в летнее время.
