Панцирь сверху удлинённоовальный, почти треугольный на поперечном разрезе. Длина его 200 у живой (фиксированной 170 мк), ширина 95 мк (фиксированной 105), длина пальцев 21 мк. Панцирь нежный с ячеистой скульптурой. В ункусах по 7 зубов,из них сильный второй.
Повсеместно, Европа (Австрия, Франция).
Широко распространен.
Заросшие водоёмы.
