Раковина чечевицеобразная, твердостенная, составлена 4,5—5,5 угловатыми оборотами. Последний оборот плавно, но сильно опущен к устью, с острым, слабо зазубренным килем по периферии. Окраска буровато-роговая, с размытыми нерегулярными светлыми пятнами; рёбра и киль белые.
