Раковина от линзовидной до прижато-конической, тонкостенная, довольно хрупкая, составлена 4,5—5,25 ступенчатыми оборотами. Последний оборот с острым зазубренным килем, прямой или чуть опущен к устью. Окраска серовато-роговая, со светлыми размытыми радиальными полосами; киль и рёбра белые.
